Welcome! What, exactly, is “financial planning?” There is no right or wrong answer. Each person has his or her own definition. But, I can tell you that I consider “financial planning” to be more than spread sheets and time tables. As the Agency Training Director for MetLife of Southern California, my responsibilities include the assessment of competencies, financial education and training; for all the the firm personnel in our geographic territory. This includes the Financial Services Representatives, Financial Advisors, Financial Planners, Management and Staff. My focus is the Training and Development of our professional team, as well as providing infrastructure to support the back-office analytics that is required in Financial Planning. Our vision is to become known as the premier provider of financial products and services in the Orange, Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.
As the Financial Planning Director for MetLife of Southern California, my goal is to support our associates, whether they be Financial Planners, Financial Advisors, and Financial Services Representatives; in their effort to help their clients make informed decisions about the issues that affect their financial well being, so that these clients can all achieve their own financial goals. Our Associates will work with their clients to help them determine what’s important in their life. Together, they’ll create a road map to take them where they want to be in the future. They can count on us to be their guides and most trusted advisors. We have representatives in this office licensed and registered to offer products and services in CA, and many other states.
